Whether you need a tap fixed or a fence put up, getting help should be simple. Here is how it works whether you need a job done or want to find work.
Say what needs doing, where, and roughly when. Add a photo if it helps.
Prices arrive with a short message and each person's reviews. Take your time.
Pick the one you like and get it sorted. Then tick the job off.
No. Posting a job is free for customers, and so is choosing who to hire.
No. People finding work pay a fixed fee when they submit a bid. There is no commission on completed jobs.
You do. Compare the bids you receive and choose the person you want to hire.
Jobberly introduces customers and local people, but we aren't a party to the work. We aren't responsible for the quality or result of a job, or for payment between the customer and the person doing the work. They agree the details and pay each other directly, so it's worth agreeing the price, timing and what's included in your messages before work starts.
A token is used when you send a bid, and it isn't refunded if your bid isn't chosen. If the job is cancelled or taken down before anyone is chosen, the token goes back to your account.
When a customer chooses a bid, the customer shares their address, and their phone number and email if they choose to, with the person they picked. That person's contact details are shared with the customer too, so they can arrange the job.
